I have confirmed power on by inserting two AA batteries.
Since I don't have a cassette, I haven't been able to confirm playback.
The spindle rotates unstably, sometimes working and sometimes not, so I'm selling this as junk.
The item is the main unit only, and I will remove the batteries before shipping.
